UIC Design: Fun and Games

Students in the Spring 2015 semester of DES231 Industrial Design II, worked with professors Sung Jang and TJ O'Keefe to research, conceptualize and build games in a studio course sponsored by Marbles: The Brain Store. "Newton's Marbles," one of the concepts shared in the final course presentation, will be manufactured and distributed by the specialty store. The selected design is the work of UIC students Ricardo Salazar and Christian Cappet. Shown here is "Gemini" a game similar to Chinese checkers design by Felipe Angel Oropeza and YuWei Chiang.
