Latrina Lee honed her craft as a graphic designer at the University of St. Francis and at Studio/lab, where Latrina contributed to identity-driven communication systems across commercial, cultural, and academic sectors, and where her passion for design research flourished. This transformative phase ignited a fascination with design research and its potential to drive change.
Recognizing the significance of bridging design and societal impact, Latrina attained a master’s degree, focusing on human-centered design through research and design methodologies. During this time, Latrina worked on design teams to co-design career pathways for underserved youth and anti-racist strategies for nature inclusion. She also designed strategies for human-centered healthcare delivery. These endeavors refined her skillset and deepened her commitment to leveraging design for positive social change.
Latrina’s current role as a design strategist allows her to merge her passion for design research with the critical realm of healthcare delivery. Her interests in design research and design for social change drive her quest for human-centered solutions. As a firm believer in the transformative power of design, Latrina continually seeks opportunities to push boundaries, instigate change, and inspire the next generation of designers to create with purpose and impact.
