Andrew Russell is a design researcher currently teaching Human Experience in Design. He is interested in elevating the rigor and ethics necessary for quality human-centered research; seeing it as a means to increase the validity of research and adoption of the outcomes. Andrew works in the innovation consulting space with numerous Fortune 500 companies and government agencies to bring awareness and attentiveness to the oft-overlooked needs of the people who use and rely on the products and services the companies provide.
