Jennifer Sculley is a design strategist who works to develop seamless healthcare experiences. At the Institute for Healthcare Delivery Design (IHDD), Jenny leads teams that are employing human-centered design principles for the real-world context of care. The IHDD looks beyond clinical settings to understand the day-to-day experiences of people living with medical conditions. By integrating design methods and healthcare delivery science, IHDD teams work to deepen understandings that inform and progress ideas for improvement from discovery to practice.
Jenny serves as a contact for faculty and students in the School of Design who are seeking expertise or involvement in design for healthcare delivery.
