Tara Kennedy is an experienced graphic designer and has a strong affinity for color, typography, and graphic systems.
Tara has a passion for collaborating with others and places a significant emphasis on teamwork. She has experience working with commercial clients, cultural institutions, and individuals. Most recently her role as design director at Studio/lab enabled her to lead key design projects by participating in the creative development of larger scale team-based projects, ranging from brand strategy to environmental graphics. She appreciates the challenge of the unknown fuzzy front end of design development as well as tying-up the project details and the delivery at the back end.
Currently she is living life between two cities, Chicago and Detroit.
